Current preview fields
Checkout is disabled and no account is created. Email, username, age confirmation, and preference values typed or selected in preview fields stay only in the current browser tab’s memory. They are not submitted to us, saved in a customer database, or used to send email. Closing the preview or reloading the page clears them. Do not provide card details, banking details, sportsbook credentials, or other sensitive information.
Website delivery and technical data
Visiting a public website requires the host to handle network requests, which may include an IP address, browser information, and request or security logs. Before launch, the business must identify the actual hosting and other providers, audit their practices, and state the collected data, uses, disclosures, and retention accurately. The preview does not verify that the host collects no technical data. It is not a promise of anonymous browsing.
Free-test signup remains closed
The server includes a disabled free-claim service. No free signup is accepted until its sender, email-provider eligibility, business contact and final terms are configured. If enabled, it will use the platform-owned sign-in identity and require the entered delivery email to match that account. Claim records and the private delivery queue will be stored in the service database. Current public tracker results contain no customer email addresses.
A future weekly newsletter requires its own optional consent. A public username requires separate display consent. Neither is required to receive a free path. Email unsubscribe does not erase a path assignment or authorize access to an account.
Planned account and order information
At launch, the planned use of an email address is to provide access, confirm purchases, deliver included paths, send essential service notices, and handle support. A username will identify the account. Approved payment providers will handle payment credentials; the business should keep only the transaction references and status needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, and refunds. Actual providers and any additional required data must be disclosed before collection begins.
Planned public leaderboard — your choice
Public participation will be optional and off by default. If you opt in, the public board will show only your chosen username, permitted path identifiers, and path scores or results. It will not display your email address or claim to show verified sportsbook bets or winnings. Do not choose a username that reveals personal information you do not want public. A future account control must let you leave the board. Other visitors may copy public information.
Service messages and optional marketing
A future purchase includes ordinary order and path-delivery messages. Product news and offers will have a separate optional choice, unchecked by default. Declining marketing must not prevent a purchase or stop the delivery of paid benefits. Marketing emails must include an easy unsubscribe option. The current preview sends no messages and does not subscribe you to a list.
Providers, tracking, and privacy choices
The live policy must name or describe actual providers and explain data collected, purposes, sharing, and user controls. Advertising pixels, audience uploads, cross-site tracking, and sale or sharing for advertising are not part of the promised prelaunch service. Before adding any, update the privacy analysis, notices, and required controls. The policy must accurately disclose the site’s response to Do Not Track and any third-party tracking; where applicable, implement Global Privacy Control and statutory opt-outs. Do not infer a no-tracking guarantee from this unfinished provider audit.
Retention, security, and requests
Before collecting live account information, publish retention periods or determination criteria, implement appropriate security and account isolation, and establish a working process for access, correction, deletion, and leaderboard withdrawal requests. Some transaction or dispute records may need lawful retention. No system can promise absolute security. No working customer privacy-request channel exists in this prelaunch preview; the verified privacy contact and request instructions must be supplied before data collection begins.
Age, legal rights, and changes
The planned paid service is intended for adults aged 21 or older. Establish procedures to prevent child accounts and address inadvertently collected minors’ data. Assess California and other customer-state privacy requirements using the actual business and data flows; this draft does not waive any statutory right. A finalized notice must explain how material changes will be communicated and keep its effective date visible. The business identity, contact details, provider list, retention schedule, and data-rights process remain to be finalized.
