Before you pay

The live checkout must show the actual seller’s legal name, required address, working support contact, complete price, delivery schedule, weekly cutoff, and this policy before payment. Advertised prices must include mandatory business-controlled charges. Any applicable government tax must be disclosed before payment. These seller details are not yet finalized.

Single paths

If an order is canceled before any purchased path is issued or revealed, refund the undelivered paths. Once a correctly described digital path is issued or revealed, a later loss, odds movement, or change of mind does not itself qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not limit refunds for non-delivery, unauthorized or duplicate charges, material errors, misdescription, or rights required by law.

Late or failed delivery

The intended delivery is on-screen path access and a transactional email after verified payment. Email transport can be delayed or filtered. If a purchased path is not issued and accessible before the release deadline shown at checkout, the undelivered allocation is refundable. It will not be silently moved to a different week. Membership refunds use the proportional-release calculation below. A credit or replacement can be offered, but need not be accepted instead of a legally required refund.

Membership term and cancellation

The proposed membership is $9.99 charged once for a 12-month term, with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. The proposed path benefit is five paths per remaining eligible 2026 regular-season weekly release beginning with the next unlocked release after purchase. The first release, remaining allocation count, membership end date, and full benefit schedule must be shown before payment. Past weeks, postseason, 2027 paths, and undefined offseason benefits are not included or promised.

For the proposed path benefit, a refund for undelivered weekly releases will be calculated as $9.99 multiplied by the number of undelivered included releases divided by the total releases included at purchase, rounded to the nearest cent. A full refund is due before any included path is issued or revealed. The release count and any additional benefits must be finalized and shown before paid launch. Leaving the leaderboard or declining marketing does not remove paid benefits or lawful refund rights.

Schedule changes and corrections

If a paid release cannot be delivered as described, notify affected buyers and provide the refund or other remedy required by the agreed terms and applicable law. Do not silently move a late purchase to another week or replace a locked path after results are known. Pushes, canceled games, and other tracker statuses must be handled under the published grading rules; they do not establish how an independent sportsbook settles a customer’s bet.

How refunds will be handled

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. There is no separate refund processing fee. The published support channel will handle order, delivery and refund requests; payment-provider settlement times can differ.

The verified support email, response commitment, applicable refund deadlines, and final membership refund calculation are launch requirements. The current preview has no working payment or refund system. Nothing in this policy removes rights for fraud, misdescription, non-delivery, unauthorized charges, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
